Tria entered the Brazilian rail sector in 2012 tasked with redesigning 12 types of switches for the São Paulo monorail and to design a rail freight transport system for a hillside with abrupt slopes for the Port of Santos, Brazil.
Tria has been present in crucial and influential rail and civil engineering projects such as the Danube Bridge 2, a mega rail structure linking the cities of Vidin (Bulgaria) and Calafat (Romania) on the Danube River.
Tria coordinated projects for the modernisation of signaling, electrification, rail, and communications of rail lines linking Warsaw with Belarus and Katowice.
